If you don’t have our Launch program in your school yet – we’ve got you covered. Join one of our Launch Groups so you can plug into our resources and community to help you feel better prepared for the transition to college or whatever is next for you after high school.
How long is the program?
The program is 6 sessions, each session being approximately 1 1/2 hours.
What is the curriculum?
The sessions are discussion-based, and are built around the set of tools featured in our school curriculum.
We will cover:
- Predisposition: our temperaments and how they affect our perceptions
- Core Values: naming what’s truly most important to us gives us clearer direction
- Mindset: how can we become aware of harmful thought patterns and learn to replace them
- Stress: how do we cope in healthy ways

Guardrails: how can we begin to develop healthy thoughts/strategies around substance

College 101: developing a plan for creating community in the first month of college
- Emotional Distress/Suicide Prevention: recognizing the signs and knowing what to say and do
where do the groups meet?
Groups meet in-person in a neutral location across the Charlotte region (think coffee shop or a whole foods community room) Plug in to the group meeting closest to you!
what is the cost?
The cost is $399 per student and is first-come-first-serve until the group is full.
what days will the groups meet?
Our Midtown group will be meeting Monday evening starting on April 8th at the Park Rd. Amelies and will run for 6 weeks.
Our South Charlotte group will be meeting Tuesday evenings starting on April 9th at the Waverly Whole Foods Community Room and will run for 6 weeks.
